Who We Are

Contact Us

Our goal is to ensure that each member feels comfortable and safe at home. A key part of our success is our small home model; with no more than two individuals residing in each location, we are able to provide personalized support, private spaces for each member, and a living environment that closely reflects a family-style experience.

We actively encourage and support members in pursuing employment, participating in community-based supports and programs-including those in non-disability-specific settings-and developing lifelong skills that promote independence and meaningful community integration.

Each of our Direct Support Professionals are trained on-site to ensure our philosophies are practiced consistently across all locations. Our staff are trained in First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration, and SafetyCare. We work closely with professionals, value Applied Behavior Analysis philosophies, and heavily emphasize person-centered training.

With staff present around the clock in rotating shifts, each individual receives the support they need without hesitation. Our support staff can assist with all aspects of daily life - from meal planning, preparation and encouraging healthy choices to working with members to develop schedules and plan activities that promote - independence and prioritize personal choice - someone is always available.

We work closely as a team with local medical professionals, agencies, counselors, and therapists to ensure that each specific individual need is treated with the utmost care and attention.

Lee Residential Care offers a variety of opportunities for members and guardians to engage in agency-wide activities and events.

Member Meetings are agency-wide, member-driven social gatherings that often include planning holiday celebrations, organizing group activities, and sharing meals together. These meetings promote collaboration, community involvement, and meaningful social connection.

Quarterly Guardian Meetings provide parents and guardians with the opportunity to meet with Lee Residential Care administrators to share feedback, discuss updates or proposed changes, and offer suggestions to help strengthen our services and supports.

We believe that offering these opportunities empowers members to take a more active role in planning their schedules and choosing how and when they spend time with their peers.
