Interpersonal Skills (Communicating w/ staff in the homes)
Conflict resolution with staff
Checking appointments
Checking on client’s well-being regularly at their locations
Printing, Faxing, Scanning
Attending/organizing meetings
Provide training to employees
Interactions with member, guardians, case managers, as well as other professionals on the team for the clients
